If we also represent the buyer, we will only charge a flat fee on the buyer's side as well, resulting in significant savings.
For example, on a $650,000 transaction:
RE firms charge a commission of 6% total (3% for each side): $39,000
FlatFee-RE seller's fee: $5,000
FlatFee-RE buyer's fee: $5,000
Total commission $10,000. Seller's total savings: $29,000
If you are looking to buy, check out our buyer benefit program. Traditionally, buyer agents are paid from a commission offered by the seller. At FlatFee-RE we will only take our flat fee from that commission, and the balance goes to you!
For example, on a $1,000,000 home purchase:
Traditional buyer agent representatives receive a 3% or $30,000 commission
FlatFee-RE agents will only take a flat fee, and the rest ($22,500) goes to you!
